All international and domestic shipment pricing is based upon weight.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS MAY BE SUBJECT TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES WHICH IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

Order Processing

Please allow 1-5 days to process orders before shipment. Once order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2-5 days to arrive once shipped for domestic shipments and an additional 10-15 days for international shipments. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Information may be stored but only to ensure proper fulfillment and delivery of a customer’s goods or for email communication regarding the order. Information is kept safe and stored through Shopify Inc. Jacov does not collect the information or accept orders of children ages 13 and under.

 

Jacov does not store surfing data and does not use customer analytics for marketing or promotional purposes. Cookies are only used to ensure the correct operation of the site and are encrypted.
